To create a new deal, follow these steps carefully:

Click on the Create button at the top of the page and the dropdown opens then select deal.

1. Deal Name

1. Enter a unique name for your deal.
2. Ensure the name is descriptive and easily recognisable for customers.

2. Category

1. By default, the business category selected during account creation is pre-filled in the form.
2. If this default category doesn’t align with the deal you’re creating, you can change it:
3. Click on the “Alter” checkbox above the category field.
4. A dropdown will appear with the following category options:
5. Tour and Activities
6. Food and Entertainment
7. Shopping
8. Fish & Dive Charters
9. Spa & Salon
10. Accommodation
11. Local Transport
12. Boat and Yacht Hire
13. Car Hire
14. Health Wellbeing
15. Local Service
16. Pet Care
17. Note: Always select the category that best represents the specific deal you are offering.

3. Redemption Method

Select how customers will redeem the deal:

1. Instant Redeem:
2. Suitable for businesses that prefer quick and direct deal redemption.
3. Customers press a redeem button on the app when they visit your business.
4. Unique Code:
5. Ideal for added security.
6. Customers provide a unique code that you enter into your business validate dashboardto redeem the deal.

Both methods track deal statistics, such as usage and redemptions, in your business dashboard.

4. Deal Restriction

Choose how often a customer can claim the deal:

1. Once Only: Customers can claim the deal only once.
2. Once per Hour: Customers can claim the deal every hour.
3. Once per Day, Week, or Month: Restrict the deal to specific time intervals.
4. Custom Options: Allow claiming the deal multiple times per day (e.g., 2 times or 3 times per day).

5. Deal Description

Provide a brief and compelling description of the deal. Include:

1. The offer details.
2. Any unique selling points.
3. A reason for customers to claim the deal.

6. Terms and Conditions

Clearly outline any restrictions or policies associated with the deal. For example:

1. Specific timings.
2. Items or services excluded from the deal.
3. Redemption policies.
4. Note: Ensure terms comply with consumer rights regulations.

7. Maximum Deal Allocation

Specify the maximum number of deal coupons available for customers to claim.

8. Main Deal Image

Upload a high-quality main image representing your deal.

1. File Requirements: PNG, JPEG, or JPG format with a max size of 2MB.

9. Deal Display Images

You can upload up to 5 additional images to showcase your deal.

1. Same file requirements as the main image.

10. Explore Image Gallery

If your subscription supports it, you can use an existing Explore Image Gallery for this deal.

1. To manage your Explore Image Gallery, go to your Account Profile.

11. Address

Select an existing address from your business profile or add a new address.

12. Express Delivery

1. Available to Platinum Plus and Tourism Plus subscribers.
2. Ensures faster review and approval of your deal.

13. Valid From & Start Time

1. Set the start date and time for when the deal will become active.

14. Valid Thru & End Time

1. Set the end date and time for when the deal will expire.
2. Example: If the deal’s valid thru date is 22/03/2024, it will remain active throughout that day.

15. Schedule Notification

Enable this feature to send reminders to customers before the deal expires.

16. Countdown Timer

Add a timer to display the remaining time before the deal expires.

17. Confirmation Checkbox

1. Confirm that all details are accurate.
2. Allow WhitDeals Admin to make minor layout adjustments if needed. No changes will alter the deal’s value without your consent.

18. Submit

Click the Submit button to finalise and create your deal.
