Configure Business Account

WhitDeals provides a step-by-step onboarding process to set up your business profile. This process ensures your business is well-represented on the platform.


Step 1: Explore Setup




1. On the first step of the setup, you’ll be asked to provide details to enhance your business listing in the Explore section:

  1. Business Logo/Featured Image: Upload a logo or image to represent your business.



  1. Business Name: Update your business name if necessary.



  1. Contact Person: Provide the name of the primary contact person for your business.



  1. Description: Write a short description of your business to attract potential customers.



  1. Website: Include your business website URL.



  1. YouTube URL: Add a link to a promotional video if available.



  1. Facebook Link: Provide your Facebook business page link.



  1. Instagram Link: Include your Instagram handle or profile link.



  1. Business Images: Upload up to 5 images for your Explore listing. If your plan allows, you may upload up to 20 images for a gallery that can also be used for Deals and Events



2. Click Next to proceed to the next step.



Step 2: Gallery Setup



1. You will be prompted to set up a gallery for your business.


2. Choose one of the following options:

  1. Add Images: Upload pictures that highlight your business offerings.
  2. Skip: If you don’t want to add images now, you can skip this step.


3. Once done, click Next.



Step 3: Business Location




1. Specify your business location. You can choose:

  1. No Fixed Location: If your business is mobile or online, select this option. However, note that businesses without a fixed address won’t be displayed on the Explore map. Provide a Phone Number and an Alternate Location if applicable.



  1. Add a Fixed Address: Provide your business’s physical address and a contact phone number.



2. Click Next to continue.


Step 4: Opening Hours



1. Add your regular business hours:

  1. Click the Edit button under Regular Business Hours to specify your working hours.



2. Add special hours (such as holiday hours) if applicable:

  1. Click the Edit button under Special Hours and fill in the details.



3. Save your changes and click Next.


Step 5: Add a Primary Contact




1. Provide the contact information for WhitDeals to reach you for inquiries:


  1. Name: Enter the name of the primary contact person.



  1. Position: Specify their position in the business (e.g., Owner, Manager).



  1. Other Position: Add any secondary roles if applicable.



  1. Contact Number: Provide a phone number for direct communication.



  1. Email: Add an email address for correspondence.



  1. Add a Note: Include any additional information if needed.



2. Click Submit to finalise your business setup.



Step 6: Log In




1. Once your setup is complete, return to the WhitDeals homepage.


2. Click login and enter your registered email and password.


3. Click Submit to access your account and start exploring WhitDeals features.
