Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Log in to Your Business Account

1. Use your credentials to access your WhitDeals Business Account.

2. Navigate to Settings

1. On the Dashboard, locate the navigation bar on the left-hand side.
2. Click on Settings to open the settings menu.

3. Go to Deactivate Account

1. In the Settings menu, find and click on the Deactivate Account option.

4. Fill in the Deactivation Form

1. A form will open where your business name, contact name, phone number, and email address are auto-filled (from the business account creation process).
2. Select a Cancellation Type:

1. Instant Cancellation: Cancel all active deals, daily deals, events, and loyalty cards immediately.
2. Reduce to Zero (RTZ): Give customers 1 week to use active assets before the account is deactivated.
3. Request a Callback: If you want to discuss deactivation, you can request a callback.

1. Enter your Reason for Cancellation (e.g., business closure, change of direction, etc.).

5. Deactivate Account

1. After filling in the required fields, click the Deactivate Account button to finalise the process.
