1. Log in to Your Business Account
- Open a web browser and navigate to the WhitDeals Business Login Page.
- Enter your registered email and password in the respective fields.
- Click on the Login button to access your business dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Validate Section

1. After logging in, locate the Validate button at the top of the page.
2. Click the Validate button to open the validation interface.
3. The validation interface provides options to:
- Validate a deal or daily deal by entering a redemption code or scanning a QR code.
- View recently redeemed deals with detailed transaction history.
- Monitor active deals with status updates.
- Track deal activities in real-time.
3. Redeeming a Deal
1. During deal creation, the business user selects a Redemption Method:
- Unique QR Code: The system generates a QR code and a six-digit code upon deal redemption.
- Instant Redeem: The deal is instantly redeemed upon selection by the user.
2. If a business has a cashier:
- The cashier logs into their account via the WhitDeals app.
- They validate the deal by either entering the six-digit code manually or scanning the QR code.
3. If a business does not have a cashier:
- The business user logs into their account.
- Clicks on the Validate button at the top of the page to access the validation interface.
- Enters the six-digit code into the input field and clicks Validate.
- If the code is valid, a success message appears confirming the deal validation.
4. Understanding the Validate Interface

The Validate Interface consists of four main sections:
1. Validate a Deal & Daily Deal
- Business users can enter the six-digit code or scan the QR code to validate a redeemed deal.
2. Recently Redeemed Deals & Daily Deals
- Displays details of redeemed deals, including:
- Deal Title: Name of the redeemed deal.
- Winning Code: Unique six-digit redemption code.
- Winner ID: The ID of the customer who redeemed the deal.
- Redeemed On: The timestamp of the redemption.
- Approved By: Indicates whether the approval was done by a business user or a cashier.
- Action Button: Option to reset the deal if needed, allowing re-validation.
3. Current Deals & Daily Deals
- Displays active deals with the following details:
- Deal Title: Name of the deal currently available.
- Total Claimed: The total number of users who have claimed the deal.
- Status: Shows whether the deal is currently active or inactive.
- Valid Thru Date: The expiration date of the deal.
4. Activities
- Displays a log of deal-related activities, including:
- Deal Created: Timestamp of when the deal was created.
- Deal Approved: Timestamp of when the deal was approved.
- Deal Claimed: Logs when users claim the deal.
- Deal Redeemed: Shows successful redemptions with date and time for transparency.
- Includes a Search Bar to find specific deals by title, making it easy to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
