Once a deal is created, you can manage it from the Deal Dashboard.
To access the dashboard:
- Click on the Deals button in the navigation bar on the left side of the page.

Actions You Can Perform in the Deal Dashboard

- View Deal Details:
- Search for the deal in the dashboard.
- Under the “Action” column, click the Dropdown button and select Details.
- You’ll be redirected to the deal’s detailed page.
- Clone a Deal:
- Search for the deal you want to duplicate.
- Click the Dropdown button under “Action” and select Clone.
- You’ll be redirected to a new page with the fields pre-filled, which you can modify as needed.
- Cancel a Deal:
- Search for the deal.
- Click the Dropdown button under “Action” and select Cancel.
- Provide a reason for cancellation, and the deal will no longer be visible to customers.
- Reduce to Zero (RTZ):
- Search for the deal.
- Click the Dropdown button under “Action” and select RTZ.
- Provide a reason, and the deal allocation will be set to zero.
- Existing customers who claimed the deal can still redeem it, but it will no longer be available to be claimed.
- Pause a Deal:
- Pause a deal for up to 7 days (can be done twice for the same deal).
- Pausing a Deal allows a business to put the Deal on hold due to unforeseen circumstances without having to cancel it.
