Manage Loyalty Card

Use the Loyalty Card Dashboard to manage your cards:


1. Access the Dashboard:

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to the "Loyalty Card" section in the left-side navigation bar.



2. Manage Cards:

  1. Edit:
  2. Search for the desired card by its title.
  3. In the "Action" column, select "Edit."
  4. Make the necessary changes and save.


  1. Clone:
  2. Search for the card by its title.
  3. In the "Action" column, select "Clone."
  4. A duplicate form will appear with pre-filled details. Adjust as needed and save.


  1. Cancel:
  2. Locate the card by its title.
  3. In the "Action" column, select "Cancel."
  4. The card will be removed from customer visibility.


  1. Pause:
  2. Locate the card by its title.
  3. In the "Action" column, select "Pause."
  4. Use the "Pause" option to temporarily disable a Loyalty Card for up to 7 days. This can be done twice per Loyalty Card.
  5. Pausing a Loyalty card allows a business to put the Deal on hold due to unforeseen circumstances without having to cancel it.
