Use the Loyalty Card Dashboard to manage your cards:
1. Access the Dashboard:
- Log in to your account and navigate to the "Loyalty Card" section in the left-side navigation bar.

2. Manage Cards:
- Edit:
- Search for the desired card by its title.
- In the "Action" column, select "Edit."
- Make the necessary changes and save.
- Clone:
- Search for the card by its title.
- In the "Action" column, select "Clone."
- A duplicate form will appear with pre-filled details. Adjust as needed and save.
- Cancel:
- Locate the card by its title.
- In the "Action" column, select "Cancel."
- The card will be removed from customer visibility.
- Pause:
- Locate the card by its title.
- In the "Action" column, select "Pause."
- Use the "Pause" option to temporarily disable a Loyalty Card for up to 7 days. This can be done twice per Loyalty Card.
- Pausing a Loyalty card allows a business to put the Deal on hold due to unforeseen circumstances without having to cancel it.
