Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log in to Your Business Account
- Open a web browser and navigate to the WhitDeals Business Login Page.
- Enter your registered email and password in the respective fields.
- Click Login to access your business dashboard.
2. Navigate to Settings

- After logging in, locate the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
- Click on Settings to expand the settings menu.
3. Access the App Users Section

- In the Settings menu, find and click on App Users.
- This will open the App Users Management Page, where you can see the full list of users associated with your business.
- The user list includes details such as:
- User ID
- Name
- Email Address
- Location
- Start Date
- Activity Status
4. Search for a User
- At the top of the page, locate the search input field.
- Enter the User ID, Name, or Email Address to find a specific user.
- The list will automatically filter based on your search query.
5. Manage User Actions

- In the Actions column, locate the three-dot menu next to each user's details.
- Click on the three dots to reveal the available actions.
- Select Block App User to temporarily restrict the user from interacting with your business.
- A blocked user will no longer be able to engage with your business until they are unblocked.
- To unblock a user, navigate to the same three-dot menu and select the Unblock User option.
6. Review User Activity
- The Activity Status column provides a quick overview of a user's recent interactions i.e. High, Low.
- Regularly reviewing this section helps in monitoring user engagement and identifying inactive or problematic users.
