Rewards Management

1. Log into Your Business Account

  1. Open a web browser and go to the WhitDeals Business Login Page.
  2. Enter your registered email and password in the respective fields.
  3. Click Login to access your business dashboard.


2. Navigate to the Winners Section



  1. After logging in, locate the Winners button at the top of the page.
  2. Click on the Winners button to open the interface, which includes four tabs:



  1. Deals
  2. Daily Deals
  3. Spin 2 Win
  4. Loyalty Cards


3. View Winner Details

For each category, businesses can view the following detailed information:

Deals & Daily Deals

  1. Deal Name: The title of the deal.
  2. Asset Status: Indicates whether the deal is active.
  3. Winner ID: A unique identifier assigned to the winner.
  4. Claimed On: Date and time when the deal was claimed.
  5. Officially Redeemed: Date and time when the deal was officially redeemed.
  6. Winner Code: A unique code assigned to the winner for redemption.
  7. Coupon Status: Shows whether the coupon has been redeemed.
  8. Approved By: Displays the business name or cashier name who approved the redemption.
  9. Actions: A Reset button allows businesses to reset the redemption status if necessary.


Spin 2 Win

  1. Prize Title: The name of the prize won.
  2. Asset Status: Indicates whether the prize is active.
  3. Winner ID: A unique identifier assigned to the winner.
  4. Claimed On: Date and time when the prize was claimed.
  5. Officially Redeemed: Date and time when the prize was officially redeemed.
  6. Winner Code: A unique code assigned to the winner for redemption.
  7. Coupon Status: Shows whether the coupon has been redeemed.
  8. Approved By: Displays the business name or cashier name who approved the redemption.
  9. Actions: A Reset button allows businesses to reset the redemption status if necessary.


Loyalty Card

  1. Loyalty Card Name: Name of the loyalty card won.
  2. Asset Status: Indicates whether the loyalty card is active.
  3. Winner ID: A unique identifier assigned to the winner.
  4. Claimed On: Date and time when the loyalty card was claimed.
  5. Officially Redeemed: Date and time when the loyalty card was officially redeemed.
  6. Winner Code: A unique code assigned to the winner for redemption.
  7. Coupon Status: Shows whether the coupon has been redeemed.
  8. Approved By: Displays the business name or cashier name who approved the redemption.
  9. Actions: A Reset button allows businesses to reset the redemption status if necessary.


4. Filtering and Searching



Above the category tabs, there are filtering options to refine search results efficiently:


Filters

  1. Asset Status: Businesses can filter winners based on:
  2. Active
  3. Cancelled
  4. Expiring Soon
  5. Expired
  6. Newest
  7. Oldest
  8. Recently Expired
  9. Scheduled
  10. Expired
  11. Date Range: Businesses can filter winners based on time frames such as:
  12. Today
  13. Yesterday
  14. Last 7 Days
  15. This Month
  16. Last Month
  17. Last 12 Months
  18. Last Year
  19. Custom Range
  20. After selecting the filter criteria, the system will search for the relevant data.
  21. Click the Reset button to clear all filters and return to default settings.

Search Functionality


  1. A search field at the top allows users to search for Deals, Daily Deals, Spin 2 Win, or Loyalty Cards based on:
  2. Title Name
  3. Asset Status
  4. Winner Code
