My Plan

The My Plan section allows you to manage your subscription, view your renewal dates, and upgrade or downgrade your current plan. This section provides tools to help you make informed decisions about your plan, including comparing features and adjusting your subscription based on your business needs.


Key Features:

  1. View Your Current Subscription: See your active plan, including the renewal date and billing cycle.
  2. Upgrade/Downgrade Your Plan: Easily switch to a higher or lower plan based on your needs.
  3. Compare All Features: Access a feature comparison table for different subscription plans.
  4. Toggle Between Quarterly & Annual Payment Options: View different pricing options based on your preferred payment cycle.
  5. Change Plan: Seamlessly select and subscribe to a new plan with just a few clicks.


Step-by-Step Guide:


1. Log in to Your Business Account

  1. Use your credentials to access your WhitDeals Business Account.


2. Navigate to Settings



  1. Locate the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the Dashboard.
  2. Click on Settings to open the settings menu.


3. Access the My Plan Section



  1. Within the Settings menu, find and select the My Plan option.
  2. This will take you to the My Plan page, where you can view your current subscription details, renewal date, and billing cycle.


4. Comparing Features Across Plans



  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the "Compare All Features" button.
  2. Click on it to view a detailed comparison of the available subscription plans, including their features and pricing.
  3. You can toggle between Quarterly and Annual payment options, and the pricing will update accordingly.


5. Changing Your Plan



  1. At the top of the My Plan page, click on the Change Plan button.
  2. A new popup will open displaying various subscription plans.
  3. Browse the available plans and select the one that best suits your needs.


6. Payment and Subscription



  1. After selecting your new plan, you will be redirected to the Payment Gateway.


  1. Complete your payment process, and upon successful payment, you will be subscribed to your new plan.


  1. All the features of your new plan will now be available.
