How To Create A Loyalty Card

To create a Loyalty Card, follow these steps:



1. Loyalty Card Creation Form:

  1. Loyalty Card Name: Enter a unique and meaningful name that customers can easily recognise.
  2. Description: Provide a concise and engaging description of your loyalty programme, highlighting benefits to customers.
  3. Terms & Conditions: Clearly define the rules and guidelines for using the loyalty card.
  4. Main Loyalty Card Image: Upload a primary image for the card:
  5. Supported formats: PNG, JPEG, or JPG.
  6. Maximum file size: 2MB.
  7. Loyalty Card Display Images (Optional):
  8. Upload up to 5 additional images.
  9. Follow the same file format and size guidelines.
  10. Explore Image Gallery:
  11. If included in your subscription, apply your Explore Image Gallery to enhance the card’s visual appeal.
  12. Manage this gallery via your Account Profile.



2. Additional Settings:

  1. Fixed Shop Location:
  2. Indicate if your business has a fixed shop location or operates as a mobile/truck-based service.
  3. If mobile, your address will not be listed.
  4. Social Handles:



  1. Add links to your business’s Instagram and Facebook pages to engage customers.
  2. Double Stamps for Large Purchases:
  3. Selecting "Yes" enables you to assign a special QR Code for transactions where customers can earn double stamps.
  4. Note: Double stamps count as one towards the Maximum Daily Stamp Allocation.


3. Stamp Allocation and Rewards:

  1. Maximum Daily Stamp Allocation:



  1. Define how many times a customer can scan their loyalty card within a day. Options include:
  2. Unlimited
  3. Twice per hour
  4. Once per hour
  5. 3 times per hour
  6. Twice per day
  7. Once per day
  8. Total Stamps Required:



  1. Choose the number of stamps needed to unlock rewards. Options include:
  2. 5
  3. 10
  4. 15
  5. Assign Reward:



  1. Reward Name: Specify the reward (e.g., "20% Off").
  2. Reward Position: Indicate the position or value of the reward (e.g., 5th stamp).
  3. Reward Valid Thru: Set an expiration date for each reward based on when it is claimed by the customer.


4. Validity and Submission:

  1. Start Date/Time: Specify when the Loyalty Card becomes active.
  2. Valid Thru: Define the end date for the card and its associated rewards.
  3. Confirmation:
  4. Check the box to confirm that all information provided is accurate.
  5. By confirming, you consent to minor adjustments by WhitDeals Admin to maintain consistency with app standards.

Submit: Click the "Submit" button to finalise the Loyalty Card creation process.
